1. Who we are
Wildcat Marketing ("Wildcat," "we," "us," "our") sells discounted Fanatics promo codes through our website at venngo.wildcatmarketing.com. Wildcat Marketing is the seller and merchant of record on every transaction. We are not Fanatics, Inc. and have no affiliation with Fanatics other than as a reseller of legitimately acquired Fanatics promo codes.
2. What you're buying
When you complete a purchase, you receive a Fanatics promo code that you apply at checkout on Fanatics.ca for the value displayed at the time of purchase. Redemption of each promo code is governed by Fanatics' own terms and may have product, category, or expiration restrictions set by Fanatics.
3. Pricing and payment
All prices are in Canadian dollars and shown before checkout. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. By submitting payment you authorize Stripe to charge your payment method for the displayed total.
4. Delivery
Promo codes are delivered to the email address you provide at checkout, typically within seconds of payment confirmation. Codes are also displayed on the order confirmation page as a backup.
5. All sales final — no refunds
Because promo codes are digitally delivered and immediately usable, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once a code has been delivered. If we fail to deliver a working code due to an error on our end, contact support@wildcatmarketing.com and we will make it right.
6. Code security
Treat your promo code like cash. Anyone with the code can redeem it. We cannot replace lost, stolen, or compromised codes. Do not share your code publicly or with anyone you do not trust.
7. Fanatics terms
Use of the promo code itself at Fanatics.ca is governed by Fanatics' own terms, available at fanatics.ca, including any product, category, or expiration restrictions attached to the code. We are not responsible for changes to Fanatics' policies, site availability, or product fulfillment.
